LynneWaters Personnel is a people solutions firm founded in 2019 and based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. We help organisations in South Africa and around the world hire well, manage their contractors and look after their people through practical HR support.

Our story

We started LynneWaters in 2019 as a recruitment firm with a simple belief: businesses do better when they have the right people, and people do better in roles that suit them.

As our clients grew, they asked us for more: help managing their contract teams, and HR advice they could rely on. Today we offer all three through one team, with the same personal, hands-on approach we started with.

Our mission is to help organisations build strong, well-run teams, and to help people find work where they can grow. We do this through three services that work on their own or together: permanent recruitment and executive search, contractor management, and HR advisory and outsourced HR.

We source, onboard and look after your contractors, including time, attendance, leave and their day-to-day HR queries.

Payroll Coordination & Reporting

Within an agreed scope, we coordinate contractor payroll inputs and give you clear reporting on your contract workforce.

HR Advisory

Practical advice on contracts, policies, job descriptions, structures and employee relations, when you need it.

Outsourced HR & Projects

Ongoing HR admin and support, plus defined projects such as performance management and manager training.
